Week of 3/11 - 3/15

Hey Panda Family,

Today is part five of our mini-series, "Talentless". This week our trait that requires no talent is Being Coachable. Most of you know I absolutely LOVE any and all things sports. I am extremely competitive and I love the concept of working as a team. Whether you grew up playing sports or not, everyone has experienced feedback from a "coach" at some point. Other forms of coaches include musical instructors, trade specialists, and talent coaches just to name a few. The most successful individuals, from athletes to musicians, are the ones that put their ego aside and are receptive to coaching and feedback. If the likes of Lebron James, Taylor Swift, and Simone Biles all have coaches then shouldn't we? Being reflective and not deflective when being coached is such a vital trait to individual growth. When given feedback do you make excuses or make a plan? Keep an open mind, actively listen, and avoid becoming defensive. Master these things and we will all continue to grow and accomplish our goals. Have a wonderful weekend!

Traits that Require No Talent
Week 1 - Being Prepared
Week 2 - Body Language
Week 3 - Positive Energy
Week 4 - Honesty
Week 5 - Being Coachable

Here are the Weekly Wrap updates for this week:
