Hey Panda Family,
Today is part three of our mini-series, "Talentless". This week our trait that requires no talent is Energy. Specifically Positive Energy. Every school year we come back from summer break with a metaphorically full gas tank of positive energy. As the school days pass our gas tank becomes a little lower. This is true for all of us. Events like fall break, random workdays, winter break slowly add more gas to the tank, but it never gets back to full. As our energy tank lowers it can have a tendency to effect our attitude. As your energy tank lowers do you...get snippy? let the little things bother you? get frustrated more easily? If so, then you are human - Lol 😉 As we hit the halfway point in 3rd quarter think of ways to fill your tank and the tank of others: spend time enjoying a hobby, write a sweet note or text for someone, go to bed a tad earlier, or even take a personal half-day or whole day if you need to. Everyone has energy to give, I just hope the energy we exert is positive!
