Hey Panda Family,
Today is part eight of our mini-series, "Talentless". This week our trait that requires no talent is Having a Strong Work Ethic. "What characteristics make up a good work ethic? Being reliable, dependable, dedicated, productive, cooperative and self-disciplined" (Ted Bonel). Individuals that have a strong work ethic make great teammates, whether you are on the playing field or in the workforce. Students who have a strong work ethic normally perform better than those that may be more talented or intelligent, but with a weak work ethic. You can't teach someone to have a strong work ethic, but those individuals that have it normally are very successful. The strong work ethic of our staff is what helps our school continue to grow and thrive. Thank you for all your hard work, and the work to come, as we finish the school year strong!
