Hey Panda Family,
Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was an unbelievable maverick for our country during the Civil Rights Era. He wanted our nation to explore new ways of thinking when it came to acceptance, peace, and opportunities for all. This year, I have encouraged you to explore new ideas and strategies with your students to help them grow. Although our exploration is on a much smaller scale as compared to Dr. King, it still resonates with his mission to provide our children/students with a better opportunity going forward. Thank you for all the love, dedication, and hard work you put in each day to help our students thrive and succeed. I hope everyone has a wonderful long weekend!
Here are the Weekly Wrap updates for this week:

SCC Seasonal Gathering DATE CHANGE (from Ms. Mabe & Ms. Mathis): We are having to alter the date for our night out at Stock and Grain. It appears that there is no longer the option of a band Friday night so we are adjusting to Saturday instead. There is an acoustic rock band, Flannel, performing from 8:00-11:00 that evening. Please mark your calendar for SATURDAY, January 17, 2026, to join us at Stock and Grain at 6:30 p.m. in High Point. If you have already responded to the google doc, I have changed the settings so that you can change your response if needed. Thank you for your patience and we apologize for the confusion. If you plan to attend, please fill out this form so we know how many people to expect and how many tables to reserve - Stock and Grain Event Form.
