Hey Panda Family,
Today is part two of our mini-series, "Talentless". This week our trait that requires no talent is Body Language. "How you move and express yourself around others shapes who you are and how you are perceived." (Molly Fletcher, UVA). Do you smile when you see others in the hallway or do you ignore and look away? Do you pay attention and sit up straight in meetings or do you slouch and seem disinterested? When you speak to others do you look them in the eye and when others speak do you listen with intention? Your body language is a great indicator of your attitude. Body language consists of posture, facial expressions, eye contact, etc. We are all going to have days when our body language is a little off, but consistently what does our body language tell others. Hopefully it is something positive 😊
