Hey Panda Family,
10 days to go! These last two weeks it is so important that we all remain flexible, pitch in to help when you see a need, and stay above the line. Y'all do an amazing job of all these things every day, but it is most important as we get closer to the finish line. Be a cheerleader for our 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders next week as they show off all they have learned this school year! The extra motivation and confidence may be just what they need to succeed. Have a wonderful weekend!

Staff Dinner (from SCC): Today is the last day to RSVP. We will be having our Staff End of Year Celebration/Dinner on Monday, May 19th at 6:00pm. The event will be held at Gypsy Road Brewing Company, located at 1105 East Mountain St. in Kernersville. Fireball Wood Fired Pizza will be catering the event. There will be several types of pizzas to choose from, including vegetarian options.
The cost of the meal including tax and gratuity comes to $20.00 per person. The price is covered for all members of SCC. If you have not joined SCC the cost is the full $20. (If you cannot recall if you have joined SCC, we will be happy to let you know).
Spouses/Significant others are welcome. Their cost will be $20.00.
Please give your money to Deanna Mabe or Jennifer Mathis by Friday, May 9th.
Please complete the form if you are planning to attend by Friday, May 9th, so we can provide the caterer our headcount.
Report Cards: Report cards are due to Ms. True by the end of the day on May 23. This is a district due date. Please plan accordingly. Thank you!
EOY Incentive Putt Putt: Here is the schedule for the Putt Putt Incentive - Putt Putt Schedule
- Please be patient these two days as we shuffle students back-and-forth.
- All support staff and specialists will help at Putt Putt both days
- May 22 - 3rd grade will eat lunch BEFORE going to golf at 10:30. All other grades will eat at regular time.
- May 23 - 2nd grade will eat lunch BEFORE going to golf at 10:30. 4th and 1st will switch lunch times. All other grades will eat at regular time.

PLTs 2024-2025: Thank you to all our specialists, instructional assistants, and other staff members who helped supervise our students while we held PLT meetings! Thank you to all our teachers for working so hard during PLTs this school year! We are done with PLT meetings AND coverage for the year.

Updates from Last Week
EOG Days: There will be no Specials on May 13 & May 15 due to EOG testing. We will also be using the majority (if not all) of our Instructional Assistants to help with proctoring on these days. I wanted to let everyone know now so you can properly prepare.
PBIS Events for the Remainder of the Year: The chances for the students to spend their Paw bucks are winding down. Below is a list of the ways students can spend their money in the last 34 days of school.

Continue to be positive, monitor the students, and hand out bucks when the students earn them.
