Week of 10/12 - 10/16

Hey Panda Family,

All teams are made up of people with different personalities, different styles, and different philosophies. The best teams are ones that communicate effectively with each other and find ways to mesh their differences into productivity. We are ten weeks in. How is your grade level team meshing? How are your planning meetings going? What is going well and what could you work on? No team is ever perfect and we always have room for growth. The only thing you can control is being the best teammate you can be. It won't always be easy, but keep your team moving forward and collect those daily wins. Have a wonderful weekend!
